Our Capability
Natta is experienced in operating as a turnkey and main contractor, which has increased management skills and knowledge, benefiting our other operations in sub-contractor work.
As a Principal Contractor, we specialise in civil engineering projects comprising section 278 and 38 infrastructure roads, sewers and services, together with high-quality external works packages. We also undertake full design and build packages with experience in various build styles including steel frames, reinforced concrete frames, basements and traditional brick/blockwork. Bespoke projects, such as care homes, garden centres and multi-utility installations complete our wide-ranging portfolio of works.
Natta undertakes all the traditional disciplines of a groundwork contractor. Historically specialists in infrastructure installation, Natta has undertaken more challenging contracts from contaminated land remediation to Japanese knotweed removal together with projects with strong environmental or conservational elements. Our in-house specialist geo-environmental team can tackle complex groundworks in poor conditions, as well as, design, manage and deliver lime and cement stabilisation. This enables us to offer greater flexibility and cost benefits to our clients.
We also carry out concrete works from waterproof basements to podium slabs, RC frames and external concrete paving.
We have a wide range of experience working on high-value Central London sites with restricted access, requiring careful on-site management of deliveries and protection of the public. We have a broad range of clientele from blue-chip companies to private individuals with projects ranging from £300,000 to £25,000,000. We are approved by The Highways Agency, Local Authorities and Water Authorities, including Thames, Southern, Anglian and Wessex Water.

How we do it
We believe our customers turn to us for our ability to combine our technical expertise with our local knowledge, and our ability to integrate all stakeholders as well as the supply chain, enabling us to manage the complex needs of our clients.
We have in house design capabilities with £10m PI Cover and we can offer full management of a site from pre-commencement to sectional handover including the provision of welfare facilities and boundary protection.
We have invested in an in-house CCTV crew to carry out pre and post-installation surveys.
Natta has a large, directly employed skilled workforce that is 100% CSCS accredited. We reduce reliance on sub-contractors, providing greater control of safe systems, programme, lead times and budgets.
Natta is a traditional company who have continually invested in our employees, training, and modern construction techniques. We employ surveying and engineering graduates direct from university and are an approved trainer for both RICS and ICE.
Our fleet of small and heavy plant is up-to-date and continuously renewed. We stay at the forefront of modern construction equipment; we are the largest UK user of Trimble Earthworks systems; we buy the latest engineering and laser-guided concrete equipment.
Where required Natta reviews the work of the design team with a view to value engineering. Early involvement including pre-start site investigation can lead to cost-effective solutions and increasingly Natta are being asked to facilitate the site set-up. Covered by PI Insurance; our designers have input on every project.
