Since its inception in 1972, Natta has grown steadily year on year. As a specialist contractor, Natta is renowned for its innovation and expertise in a variety of sectors. The company’s philosophy is to have an open policy with clients to achieve the most cost-effective solution for any given project. This produces a close working relationship to develop efficient designs with early contractor involvement, resulting in a high number of satisfied clients and repeat work.


Natta insists on strict compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements concerning health and safety and the environment. As a result, the company has an exceptionally low level of reportable accidents. This achievement is due, without doubt, to the company’s investment in building a dedicated Construction Industry Safety Training Centre (CISTC) at its Farnham headquarters.

All levels of supervisor and operative training are carried out in-house by professionally qualified instructors and the entire Natta workforce is 100% CSCS or CPCS accredited. Natta is accredited with the CSCS Platinum Award. The company is also qualified for the relevant security clearances necessary for working on government contracts. Strict quality control procedures are imposed throughout the company’s operations in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 registration and Natta has obtained ISO 14001, the internationally accredited environmental standard, showing our commitment to protecting the environment that we work in. The ‘Investor in People’ award that we have held since 2007 recognises not just our investment in our staff but also our commitment to training and the design and implementation of best practice systems we have adopted to ensure lasting value and succession.
