Housing Development

As a contractor, we undertake schemes on a full turn-key basis, or shell and core. In terms of housing development, we have completed houses both large and small and apartments.

Turnkey Projects

Over the last 15 years, Natta has delivered a range of turnkey projects. Our portfolio includes the full design and build contract of 45 units in Alresford for Vivid Homes. This housing development is comprised of: 2 blocks of 5 two-bedroom terraced townhouses and 35 two and three-bedroom apartments split across 3 apartment blocks with undercroft parking. In 2015, we completed the construction of 49 houses/flats for Redfields Development Ltd, in Church Crookham as a turnkey design and build contract.

We also delivered nine 2,000 ft² plus high-end townhouses, all with basements and underground car parking in a traditional brick/render with a zinc roof style in Chiswick.

Shell and Core

Our housing development division has completed two mansion-style large luxurious homes.

We were contracted to carry out the shell and core element of this 16,500 sq ft mansion with an attached 5,000 sq ft underground garage in St. Georges Hill in Weybridge. Following on from this success, the client engaged us to act as principle contractor to provide engineering and logistics support to the individual fit-out trades.

In the exclusive location of Virginia Waters, Natta was chosen to construct a spectacular 18,000 ft² mansion. The residence included a spiraling concrete ramp down to an underground parking area, including space for 6 cars and a car washing station. In the basement, we built a swimming pool, spa and Jacuzzi, with all structures formed in waterproof concrete, installed in the very challenging ground. Our design and build works included the blockwork, pre-cast bison plank installation and pumped drainage system. The remaining superstructure of the residence was completed by our sister company, Natta Homes, providing a turn-key project for our client.

Developer

As a developer, we buy, build and sell to the housing arena. We have recently completed 5 new builds comprising 3 houses and two apartments and 3 large barn conversions in Cuddesdon on the outskirts of Oxford.
