This project was in Cuddesdon near Oxford. The development is comprised of 8 unique properties.SCOPE OF WORKS
The site was split into 2 distinct phases.Phase 1 was is the new build construction of 5 units. They consist of 2 one-bedroom apartments, a two-bed terrace house and 2 three-bed terrace houses, contained within one block. The houses come with separate garages and each property benefits from private gardens. The high standard of finish incorporates natural stone walls, wooden windows, red-tiled roof blended with full modern features.Phase 2 was the conversion of three historic dairy barns into 3 individual terraced barn conversions. The listed buildings retained their unique features of natural stone, high open vaulted ceilings, exposed timber trusses combined with modern glazing and contemporary high-end fixtures and fittings. All the properties benefit from large gardens and private gated driveways.All of the properties benefit from mains electric, gas, water and foul drainage. This prime secluded location occupies an elevated position with stunning far-reaching countryside views.
