Job Description

Phase 1 & 2 water installations and electrical works for 30+ commercial units at Billingshurst Retail Park.

Scope of Works:

Our scope of works included the design and installation of a new potable water network for Phases 1 and 2.  These were designed and installed to Southern Water’s specification as they were the adopting company. Through this project, we have also become a member of the Southern Water Self-lay Provider Forum.

Natta Utilities also carried out the design and installation of LV electrical switchgear and a private BNO electric network for Phase 1.

On this project, we collaboratively worked with both Southern Water and West Sussex County Council to facilitate the water diversionary works. As well as this, we installed the site entry mains for the development under the 278 scheme for the roundabout. All whilst minimising disruption, maximising programme and reducing cost.

Successes:

Through our client and their principal contractor, we have worked as a team on site in Billingshurst and shared the successes of the project and our client’s objective.
