Job Description
Installation of services to a new housing development in Cuddesdon consisting of 9 unique properties.
Scope of Works
Our scope of works included the design and installation of the water mains and services to each of the properties together with the connection from the Thames Water mains off-site.
Similarly, our works also covered the design and installation of the gas mains and services as well as the connection from SGN’s off-site mains. As part of these works, we had to relay 2 existing services and extend the existing gas main on behalf of SGN to ensure a suitable connection point for our new pipework.
Also included in this project was the installation of electrical and communication ducting to assist with SSE and BT’s works, as well as the installation of 150m of rising mains and a pumping station.
Natta Utilities carried out all liaison works with SSE, SGN, BT and Thames Water to ensure their attendance on site and that all of their requirements were met. This enabled the project to run smoothly and to programme.
