b'Page 11How is Natta helping? At Natta, we are committed to supporting mental health within the construction industry, where stress and mental health challenges can sometimes be common. We have recently renewed our partnership with the Lighthouse Club Charity. The charity offers our staff a free 24/7 confidential helpline, so they can find support whenever they need it. The Construction Industry Helpline App is also available on all staff mobile devices, ensuring that if they need it, they have immediate access to confidential assistance. Each year, we host a Wellness Week for our staff both at Head Office and on-site. Our wellness team organises a range of sporting and wellness activities, encouraging employees to participate for their overall health and well-being. We share informative posters, flyers, and videos on our company intranet about well-being for everyone to access. As part of the week this year, we welcomed the Lighthouse Club Charity for another Make It Visible event. This time at our Angmering Care Home site. This event helped raise awareness about mental health support available within construction and created a safe space for our team to seek one-to-one advice.Make It Visible Event at Angmering Mental Health Courses CISTC our training provider run Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses.
