Talk about your feelings. When we open up to others, it can improve your mental health. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk about our feelings in the work place. Try and identify someone you feel comfortable talking to, who you feel will support you. Friends, family or partners can also be great people to open up to if you feel more comfortable. 2. Be mindful of activity levels. Regular movement can boost your self-esteem and help you concentrate, sleep, and generally just feel better. Try to make a physical activity that you enjoy a part of your day. 3. Eat Well A healthy diet can not only be good for our physical health, but also our mental health. Try to plan for meal breaks at workbringing in food from home or choosing healthy options when buying lunch.'
