Our Engineered Solutions

At Natta, we bring in-house engineering, design, surveying and plant capacity to deliver complex civil engineering packages with precision and pace. Our expertise includes substructures, offering complicated basement construction and both piled and traditional foundations across sectors such as healthcare, education, hotels and multi-storey residential. We specialise in value-engineering foundation solutions to de-risk unknown site conditions and optimise client cost outcomes.

Our scope also extends into drainage and infrastructure works. We manage installations of pipes up to 1,800 mm diameter at depths of up to 10 m, delivering works in challenging ground conditions, including wet ground, peat or contaminated soil. This capability includes SuDS solutions, crate systems, GRP tanks, in-situ concrete attenuation and open balancing ponds or swales.

Further, we provide full external works and highways packages, delivering Section 278 and Section 38 infrastructure roads, sewers, services, hard and soft landscaping. Using our own directly-employed labour force and plant fleet, we are equipped to mobilise quickly and maintain programme certainty across live or adjacent operations.
