OVERVIEW
Natta was awarded this main infrastructure project by Grainger PLC as part of Phase 5 of the Berewood Development. This major phase forms a key element of the wider Berewood plan, which continues to deliver much-needed housing and supporting infrastructure to the area. Acting as the Main Contractor, Natta has played a central role in providing the essential groundwork and infrastructure that will enable the future construction of new homes and community amenities.SCOPE OF WORKS
Our scope included the construction of a new spine road, complete with all associated infrastructure to serve future housing units. The comprehensive package comprised groundworks, utility installations, tarmac surfacing, footpaths, and the formation of a pond as part of the site’s sustainable drainage and landscape design.Throughout the project, Natta worked closely with the client and project stakeholders to ensure quality, safety and environmental standards were maintained. This project highlights our dedication to efficiency, quality and client satisfaction.
