OVERVIEW

As Main Contractor, we were appointed by Wates Group to undertake the groundworks and infrastructure for a new build school in Hayes.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of works features the main groundworks and storm sewer diversion, which includes the bulk excavation and disposal as well as extensive attenuation tanks, ponds, foul drainage, pump stations and services.

The groundworks also included the installation of piling mats, ground beams, pile caps, and reinforced concrete ground floor slabs.

The external works were comprised of tarmac, slabs, and block-pounded finishes.

This contract follows on from our successful delivery of Burnham Grammar School for Wates Group.
