A major focus this year has been on modernising our fleetof smaller excavators to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency. These new additions are already reducing downtime and improving productivity on multiple sites,and with further renewals to come in the new year, we arecontinuing our commitment to provide quality plant to allof Natta Buildings sites. Sany Telehandler We have also continued to enhance our servicing and maintenance processes, with our Fitters visits now betterstructured to reduce Plant movements to Head Office and increase first-time fix rates. Our mobile mechanics have played a crucial role in tightening up inspections, improving availability, and keeping the fleet in top condition. Combined with improved parts management, this has helped drive measurable cost savings across the department. Another positive milestone this year was Natta Plant securing FORS Silver accreditation for the eight year Citroen Berlingo Van running, achieved with zero advisories. This is a testament to the professionalism and diligence of our office team,fitters and driver who maintain these high standardsevery day. Overall, it has been a strong and productive year for thedepartment, with upgrades across the fleet, improved efficiencies, and continued commitment to safe and compliant operations. We look forward to building on this momentum in the year ahead.
