b'Company News Page 2Natta Awarded Woodford Green Care Home Contract We are excited to announce our newcontract, Woodford Green Care Home in Epping, for Morrison Community Care Group. Natta have been appointed the MainContractor. We are constructing a new 3-storey 120-bed care home, including a reinforced concrete retained basement. Our scope of work includes demolition of existing buildings, foundations, a new car park ramp and infrastructure. The residents will enjoy great facilities such as private gardens, a cinema, a hair & beauty salon, balcony terraces, a bar and a visitors caf.We look forward to sharing the exciting progress of this site and building a strong relationship with the client. Waterlooville Safe Route to School Finishing Shots Check out our finishing shots from our Waterlooville site! We are proud to have successfully delivered anew safe route to school footpath for our client, Grainger plc. The path is one of the access routes for anew build school.As the pathway runs through established woodland, team Natta worked with care and precision to protect the natural environment and minimise impact. Our works also included the installation of solar bollardlighting and signage to ensure the route is safe, accessible, and well-lit. In addition, we installed surfacewater drainage and new filter drains. A huge well done to the Waterlooville team, whose hard work and commitment ensured the project was not only delivered on schedule but completed ahead of programme.'
