We are delighted to announce that we were awarded sub-contractor of the month by our client, Wates Group. Contracts Manager Paul Magennis proudly accepted the certificate from Michael Day on behalf of the team. A big well done to everyone for their hard work and dedication! At this project, we worked with Wates Group to undertake the enabling works and groundworks to an extension of the Jubilee Sports Centre at the University of Southampton. The works involved: service diversions, draining diversions, retaining walls, pilled and massconcrete foundations, earthworks, floor slabs and general groundworks. A Perfect Considerate Constructors Scheme Score A massive congratulations to Team Natta at our Pepperpot House project in Godalming! They received a perfect score of 45/45 on their recent Considerate Constructors Scheme Inspection. Excellent achieved in all areas! As the main contractor for Birchgrove Life, we are constructing a 52-unit assisted care living scheme.The building is watertight withinternal finishes in progress and the external hard landscaping has begun. Our plannedcompletion date is in October.'
