You can see all of the photos on our blog posts.September LOVE Award WinnersThe award for Expertise went to Georgiana Mosanu and Willy Stevenson. Their colleague commented, Georgiana and Willy have run an exemplary project over at Billingshurst, consistently attracting praise from the client, the Local Council and residents. As a result of the works carried out, the Council have recommended Natta to many other clients as specialists in completing 278 schemes. Many thanks to all of the team. The clients Project Manager, Construction Director, Utilities Director and H&S Manager were all impressed and surprised. They mentioned that they hadnt seen this standard at a groundworks company before. Hes done this without having much help from his Project Manager and has also pushed the gangs for production at the same time. The Integrity award went to Azzeddine Boualoua. When nominating Azzeddine, his colleague said, Azzeddine is doing a good job up at Milton Keynes and is keeping a good working relationship with the client site team whilst we finish off the last area of the site. He also keeps the surveyors up to date every day with good communication. Cosmin Corman and Stilian Falcuie both received the award for Quality. Speaking about Cosmin, his colleague said, Cosminhas provided excellent support to the Utilities team over the past few months. Providing aslaids and various drawings for tender and construction both quickly and accurately, without needing much supervision. Meanwhile, Stilian hasconsistentlyproduced work to a very high standard throughout the Billingshurst project and has trained others, improving their skillsand allowing them to progress in their careers. Also receiving the award for Quality was Mick Borner who works for our training provider, CISTC. Mick received some excellentfeedback from a client: Just had an email from one of our customers, advising that they were very impressed by CISTC when they'
