Natta’s Love Award Winners for October 2021

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for October 2021.

The award for Expertise was given to Tony Coker and Michelle Arnould. Tony helped his colleagues by repairing a broken prism pole pogo sharp point making it look like new again. Meanwhile, Michelle made sure that the most recent drawings were given to the team at Finchampstead. Her colleague commented: “Michelle is truly a very thoughtful and hardworking lady.”

The Integrity award went to Stewart Collins who has taken on the role of Project Manager at our project in Copthorne. He is always determined to do his best and has managed all of the After Care items on site very well.

Kasia Krysiuk took the Quality award for her hard work at Luton. She has recently picked up some project management roles and has handled this responsibility very well. Her colleague said: “Kasia has done a great job working with the quantity surveyor to pick up variations and assist with valuations and subcontractor meetings.”

The Collaboration award was given to Kasia Rovira who has been working tirelessly to help achieve the end dates for The Barns at our housing development in Cuddesdon. These efforts have gone way beyond her Quantity Surveyor role.

The Teamwork award went to Laurentiu Iordache and Ivan Kayondo. Laurentiu was nominated for his hard work getting our Burnham Grammar School project over the line. A colleague commented: “It is good to have someone you can rely on knowing he will carry out the work to a high standard. I could not have done this job without him.”

Meanwhile, Ivan is still learning his trade as a setting out Engineer but is keeping up with all that is needed of him. Although he is very busy, he always works with a smile.
