Overview

This project is Natta’s first inhouse property development in Cuddesdon near Oxford. When completed, the development will be comprised of 9 unique properties.

Scope of Works

The site splits into 3 distinct phases.

Phase 1 is the new build construction of 5 units. They will consist of 2 one-bedroom apartments, a two-bed terrace house and 2 three-bed terrace houses, contained within one block. The houses will come with separate garages and each property will benefit from private gardens. The high standard of finish will incorporate natural stone walls, wooden windows, red-tiled roof blended with full modern features that a discerning property buyer would expect. Phase 1 will be completed by the end of March 2021.

Phase 2 is the conversion of three historic dairy barns into 3 individual terraced barn conversions. The listed buildings will retain their unique features of natural stone, high open vaulted ceilings, exposed timber trusses combined with modern glazing and contemporary high-end fixtures and fittings. All the properties will benefit from large gardens and private gated driveways. Phase 2 will be completed by the end of September 2021.

Phase 3 will be the conversion of the sixteenth-century Tithe Barn into a large modern luxury home of grand stature. Careful consideration has been given to the design of the proposed conversion which seeks to maximise the use of the generous internal space, whilst respecting the existing form and features of the building. This Grade II listed property will include an impressively large elevated garden overlooking the valley with separate courtyard parking and garages. It will also have its own private access from the main road. The final phase will be finished by April 2022.

All of the properties will benefit from mains electric, gas, water and foul drainage. This prime secluded location occupies an elevated position with stunning far-reaching countryside views.

Natta has already commenced with the clearing of the old farm building. The foundations are due to start at the end of June.
