This project, based at Burnham Grammar School, is the construction of a new build school, set over three-phases.
Scope of Works
The first phase is the installation of pile mats, ground beams, pile caps, upstands, 3,500 m² concrete floor slab, foul and stormwater drainage, including large soakaway, new services and external hardstandings to facilitate the construction of a new school.
Phase 2, will be the external works prior to commencing phase 3. This phase will be the demolition of the existing old school with a new sports field being constructed in its place.
