Daedalus Enabling and Electrical Works
OVERVIEW
Natta has been appointed to deliver two contracts at Daedalus Waterfront, the enabling works and electrical works phases for Gardiner & Theobald. The project forms an important part of the ongoing regeneration of the waterfront site, providing the essential infrastructure required to facilitate future construction and ensure subsequent phases can progress efficiently.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The scope of work includes the construction of new bellmouth junctions, providing safe and efficient access into the future development parcels. The works are being carefully coordinated to integrate with the existing highway network, while supporting the phased delivery of the wider development.
In addition, the project involves the installation of a new electrical feed and drainage connections, providing the essential utility infrastructure required to service future phases of the site. The works require careful planning and coordination to ensure all infrastructure is delivered in accordance with the programme and relevant technical standards.
