OVERVIEW

This project comprised the delivery of infrastructure and groundworks for a residential development of 73 housing units. Natta undertook the works on behalf of Jones Homes, supporting the early stages of the development and enabling the phased delivery of the housing plots.. Natta commenced works on site in May 2018. In February 2019, we completed the first residential plots and the sales and marketing entrance, allowing the development to progress and attract prospective buyers.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Natta’s scope of works comprised the entire groundworks and infrastructure package, delivered up to and including all ground floor levels. This comprehensive scope included the construction of roads, drainage systems, foundations, footpaths, and patios, along with the installation of all associated services, ensuring each plot was fully prepared for onward construction.

In addition, the project included the delivery of extensive permeable roads and driveways, together with the formation of ponds to manage stormwater runoff effectively. These elements formed an integral part of the site’s sustainable drainage strategy and required careful coordination to ensure long-term performance and compliance.

The team delivered the works in line with the agreed programme and completed the final handover to Jones Homes in June 2019. The successful completion of this scheme highlights Natta’s experience in delivering residential infrastructure and groundworks packages, supporting phased housing developments through well-coordinated and high-quality construction works.
