Natta awarded Wates Group Supply Chain Partner 2021

Natta is excited to announce that we have been awarded ‘Supply Chain Partner of the Year’ 2021 by the Wates Group as a part of their South West Region Supply Chain Awards!

Following on from their online ‘Start Right event’ in January, where the winners were announced, we were delighted to welcome the Wates Group MD (South West Region), Alec Jackman and Supply Chain Manager, Simon Greenaway to Natta Head Office today. Here they presented our MD, John Whelan, with the award.

John commented: “I am delighted to receive this award for Natta’s work as a part of the Wates Supply Chain. It was also a great opportunity to show Alec and Simon around the Natta Head Office complex. I introduced our various business streams and show the work that goes on at our Head Office. This recognition and award is a testament to the high-quality services we provide Wates through our knowledge and expertise. Natta looks forward to continuing our successful partnership for many years.”

Our quality work on-site has contributed to developing our ongoing partnership with Wates. This has allowed us to become an integral part of their supply chain. The underpinning values that Natta holds align perfectly with Wates so we can work seamlessly together to provide the best outcome on projects. We have regular and open communication with the team to ensure our collaboration is successful.

We are currently working with Wates as the Main Contractor on their Harlington School project in Slough. Here we are undertaking the groundworks and infrastructure of a new build school. We have also been working on a fast-track groundworks package for their Datacentre development project in Slough. This includes earthworks, substructures, drainage and external works and services.

Each of these contracts follows on from our successful delivery of Burnham Grammar School for Wates last year.

We are pleased to have built such a strong relationship with Wates and look forward to continuing our partnership on further projects.
