b'10 The LOVE (Live Our Values Everyday) Awards is just one of the ways that Natta acknowledges and rewards our staff for their on-going commitment to following Nattas core values: Safety, Expertise, Integrity, Quality, Innovation, Teamwork, Collaboration and Sustainability. Here are the list of winners from August to December, and some of the photos that were taken. You can see all of the photos on our blog posts. August LOVE Award Winners Chris Musgrove at our Head Office won the Safety award. Chris was nominated for auditing and replacing all components of the First Aid boxes throughout the office, making sure we were compliant with all minimum requirements including the defibrillators.The Teamwork award went to Angela Fowler, Amy Read, Carika Behounek and Jon Hyam. Angela from CISTC was crowned top sales woman for August, outselling everyone in the sales team. Along with this, she has also been praised by clients for her fantastic customer service. A colleague shared, Amy has picked up the new Carika Behounekaccounts system very well and has been very helpful to others to ensure they have too. Carika and Jon both won for working extremely hard over the last 3 months to help deliver and launch the 5 new Natta Group websites. Jo Whelan, Marketing & Communications Manager commented: Without their help to port, redesign and rewrite content not to mention the countless hours of testing and retesting it wouldnt have been possible.Finally, August saw Mark Stevenson win the award for Collaboration. A colleague who nominated Mark said: He has come on-board at Arborfield in only a short space of time and without having knowledge of the sites history. He has improved theaftercare for the homeowners tenfold. His efficiency in arranging visits to inspect issues is paramount and communications withthe residents are always polite and professional. He also has done a great job of keeping the head office up to date.September LOVE Award Winners The award for Expertise went to Jevan Bains and Danny Correa at our St. Lukes Hospice site. Both won for undertaking the installation of bolt sets to the foundations without a single error in difficult to work areas. Petru Luculescu and Andrzej Wychowalek took the Quality award.Petru won for his quality of work and for maintaining high safety standards. A colleague commented, He was responsible for digging a service trench across a road and along 132K volt of cables. He did so in a safe, tidy and fast way. Andrzej was also awarded for producing quality gameshow equipment to use in the Wellness Day.Our Integrity award has gone to Georgia White. During our Great Cholesterol Climb challenge, Georgia communicated withHeart UK, Head Office and site, therefore maximising the most amount of donations for this worthy cause during the Wellness Week.The award for Quality also went to Iona Huckle, Jo Whelan, Carika Behounek and Jon Hyam. Iona won for her positive contributions and the improvements that she made in the after-sales and care for sites. A colleague commented, Her quality of work andcommunication with both sites and clients is brilliant and has received great feedback. Jo, Carika and Jon were awarded for their quality work of the new Natta websites. A colleague mentioned, Great layout, easy to follow, direct links to parts of thebusiness, modern and attractive.
