b'November LOVE Award Winners 12 Our Expertise award went to Carole Gamroth for her commitment and enthusiasm for work relating to Payroll. She has consistently highlighted potential errors and inconsistencies that have saved her colleagues a great deal of time. A colleague commented, Due to the nature of our workforce with the majority being subcontractors, I often find myself liaisingbetween bothparties, but Carole helps make my job a lot easier, and lets not forget, ensures we are all reliably paid!Daniel Sharp, from ourCopthorne site, was awarded the Integrity award. Daniel always ensures all sub-contractors on site have theopportunity to voice their say in the IIP survey using excellentcommunication and organisation skills. Matthew Benham and Natalie Whitbourn were awarded the Teamwork award. The Collaboration award was awarded to Cosmin Corman, Andrei Alexa and Adrian Ciobanu for dedicating their timeduring the weekend to help Rainbow Trust run a Halloween themed fundraising event at Chessington Garden Centre.Gaby Richardson, Regional Fundraiser from Rainbow Trust, commented, Thank you so much forvolunteering with us. In total, we raised 3,719.00 and we couldnt have done this without you. The money and the awareness that you helped us raise is fundamental to Rainbow Trust. Thank you again for all your support. December LOVE Award Winners The Safety award went to John Dowson, Mario Hazizi, Dragos Bucataru, Ivan Ianev and Ionut Dobriou. John the machine driver on our IWade site has worked very hard in completing the archeologically attendance works and reducing the programme by over a week. A colleague commented, The experience John showed resulted in the job getting completed and leaving a very positive impression on our new client. Mario, Dragos, Ivan and Ionut won for working as a team and acting when asked immediately, across a number of sites with direct acceptance of the task and no negativity. These operatives completed the requests to the durations given. These works were all at height with all fall protection worn. No complaints, just results! T he award for Expertise has gone to Guy Constable, John Dowson and Florin Cucuiet. Guy won for his willingness to overcome issues with service connections which impressed a client and helped complete a tricky task. Florin has taken control of a difficult section of work which he completed ahead of programme in readiness for the following sub-contractor. John used his experience to help out and operated a tracked dumper in order to safe time and money. Dragos Bucataru and Mario Hazizi won the award for Integrity. They were awarded for always finishing the tasks at hand to a high-quality level with low information in a correct and safe manner.The Quality award went to Eusebie Ionut Bucur and Ivan Ianev. Eusebie has shown a great ability to adapt to any situation and his work is always done once and done right. Ivan always carries out the tasks that are asked of him, no matter how big or small it is and no matter how easy or difficult it is. Our award for Innovation has gone to Rob Winspear .A colleague mentioned, Rob always finds the best and safest way of doing work and is always sharing his knowledge with us on site. Jack Rushton, Michael Jones and Danny Chandler took the award for Teamwork. Jack won for being a great mentor in his team. An assistant QS shared, He will always go out of his way to help me. He doesnt simply tell me the answer, he tries to help me understand the answer and why it is so. Michael has fitted in with whatever section of the works he has been asked to without complaint and has been a great addition to the site team! Whilst, Danny was awarded for his help in clearing all of the tables in the canteen after they were left in a mess, prior to the canteen Christmas lunch.The Collaboration award went to Emile Lodi, Jon Hyam, Etienne Rambeau. Emile has successfully completed his apprenticeship and is a valued member of the team, ready to undertake any task no matter the difficulty. A colleague who nominated Jon commented, I would like to nominate Jon Hyam for assisting the Health and Safety Department on the design of the new H&S Poster Campaign, giving us new ideas and different design options.
