b'13 We are delighted to announce that we will be part of the CN Specialist Awards 2020 and RoSPA Health & Safety Awards 2020. Nattas minor accident rates in 2019 have been reduced by 15% and minor incident rates such as service strikes have beenreduced by 34%. Natta has worked over 3.5 million hours incident free which is an amazing record and testament to the hard-work of all our employees to achieve this. There have been NO reportable RIDDOR (Reporting ofInjuries, Diseases andDangerous Occurrences Regulation). This presents a clear pattern of improvement to our health and safety culture when undertaking projects. This has been achieved by following theimplementation of new procedures that were developed in 2018. In 2019, the top 3 safest Natta Projects were: St. Lukes Hospice, Finchampstead and PrincessMarina Drive. Congratulations to these 3 sites for working so hard. Please continue your excellent record. In 2020, Nattas goal is to maintain our high health and safety standards during every inspection, providing andimplementing the safest solution for each activity. Nattas Health & Safety Department, assisted by our Marketing Department, have launched a poster campaign, with their objective being to encourage their site workforce to adhere to the health and safety culture when working on Natta projects. In the year of 2020, Natta strives to continue with the development of our management system and procedures to achieve 2020s auditing system standards for Achilles and ISO 9001 & 14001: 2015 and 45001:2018. Natta, once again, were delighted to sponsor this years Christmas tree in Gurkha Square for Fleet Council. The lights switch-on took place on the 27th November at the Fleet ChristmasFestival. Our Plant Department also loaned barriers for the stage for the opening night.
