We also close on another year of positive growth, and many new projects for the Natta Group, as well as a steady transformation of the operational and organisational capabilities of the group. We have added another 100 people to the Natta family taking our workforce to 450 strong. Our group turnover is now £65 million, with Natta Building producing £60 million of the total. We have appointed three new directors John Dunwoody, Andy Fowler and Paul McKane to the Natta Board to further our corporate governance and structure. In the Summer, we completed and opened our new purpose-built Plant and Streetworks Training Centre, Canteen and Gym. We also added to the CISTC team to further the growth of our training business and back in January we launched the Surrey Training Group. Next year, we intend to expand our head office car parking in the old plant training area and expand the office space with a mezzanine floor to the plant workshop. I would like to thank all of our clients who have continued to recognise our ability, expertise and focus on delivering quality projects on time at a competitive price, by awarding us further repeat contracts. This was recognised by Crest Nicholson Regeneration who awarded us ‘Large Subcontractor of the Year’ for our outstanding work on two of their projects. This is a reflection on the efforts of you all in delivering our clients’ expectations. Our staff development continues, with many employees training towards RICS and ICE. We are also well into our first year of the Natta Master Groundworkers NVQ scheme, which we are running in collaboration with the Guildford College of Technology. The number of internal promotions across all trades/functions is one of the most pleasing outcomes of our growth. We will continue to invest heavily in our employees as we do with plant and the facilities to reach our goals. Thank you once again for your efforts. Wishing you a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. Be safe. John Whelan—Managing Director
