Corporate Governance

Natta’s management is committed to the highest level of corporate responsibility and governance. A philosophy established within the company from the top down. Natta undertakes various reviews to adapt and improve our procedures and ensure that we meet and often exceed the requirements of our clients.

We are a BuildingConfidence Advanced Member, managed by Achilles and recognised as the highest standard of supplier excellence within the construction industry.

We operate to an Integrated Management System (IMS): ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Natta is also an accredited member of CHAS and Constructionline.

Our governance includes our commitment to driving out acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within the business and our supply chains, including subcontractors and partners.

Natta is a Bronze member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School and uses their resources to benchmark our business and to review all our targets continuously.

As a business, the importance of our staff’s mental health and well-being is paramount to us. We recently signed the Mental Health Charter and are a ‘Supporter’ of the Lighthouse Club.

Natta consistently achieves high audit results from The Considerate Contractors Scheme, and along with our own internal reviews and audits, we also hold several external accreditations.
