New Covent Garden Plaza
OVERVIEW
We were awarded four works packages: infrastructure to the development, concrete works, adaptation works to an existing multi-storey car park and the removal of existing concrete hard standings together with the new entrance plaza.SCOPE OF WORKS
All of the above packages had to be undertaken whilst the market was open which required considerable interfaces with all the Stakeholders.We were very pleased to be involved in the Covent Garden development. The nature of the site and extended development programme entailed multiple work faces at the same time with diverse skills.We hope that we will keep an excellent working relationship with Vinci/St. Modwen moving forward.
