Love Award Winners for October 2025
Natta is pleased to announce the Love Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for October 2025.
The first to be nominated for a Collaboration Award was Antonio Giani. Their colleague commented: “Antonio went above and beyond by quickly and efficiently creating an as-laid drawing that was crucial for a submission. His responsiveness and attention to detail helped us meet our deadline smoothly.”
Next, Harold Vasey got a Collaboration Award. His colleague said: “Harry has travelled where needed to ensure a smooth start to a distant project, taking all the positives he can from the experience whilst he is there. He has gone the extra mile for Natta, and it is really appreciated.”
Katie Morgan from CISTC was also awarded a Collaboration Award for her helpfulness and amazing admin skills.
Another Collaboration Award went to Jon Hyam. His colleague commented, “Jon successfully led the Natta Group’s transition to Windows 11 with Arc, demonstrating excellent project management and collaboration throughout. He stayed calm under pressure, ensured deadlines were met, and managed to maintain his day-to-day responsibilities alongside the project – a great example of teamwork and professionalism.”

From left to right: Barry Davis, Katie Morgan and Buddy Holland.
Buddy Holland also received a Collaboration Award. His colleague said: “Whilst accepting a delivery in the yard, he’d already thought of several problems regarding the onward shipping. This enabled us to change what had been set up and plan accordingly.”
The last to be awarded for Collaboration was Jordan Beech, Zoe Hewett and Bill Seal. Their colleague commented: “Well done to Jordan, Zoe and Bill for completing their Coins CVR reporting, successfully and on time.”
An Innovation Award was given to Barry Davis. Barry’s colleague said: “Barry is always so helpful and willing to stop what he’s working on to help others.”
Lastly, Dylan Matthews got a Innovation Award. His colleague commented: “Dylan has looked at the systems and processes within Natta and put forward ideas on how to improve them. He has taken this further to actually draw up these improvements for appraisal. We are always striving to improve at Natta, and people taking time to draw up possible improvements are very much appreciated.”
Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for October 2025.
