Natta is pleased to announce that we have streamlined our Core Values. Our new core values are Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation and Sustainability.

Our Core values are the fundamental beliefs and principles that have guided our organisation in our decisions, actions, and interactions. For the last 50 years, they have played a crucial role in shaping the identity and culture at Natta.

An essential framework for all businesses, our Core values provide a foundation for decision-making, shaping cultural identity, setting behavioural standards, building trust, aligning with our mission statement, fostering adaptability, enhancing our employee engagement, and influencing our client relations.

In line with our 3-year business growth plan, we have streamlined to four to enhance our business’s clarity, alignment, communication, and impact. We have chosen to prioritise and live out a more focused and authentic set of guiding principles that will contribute to our long-term success.
