Why Natta?

Natta is a family business that takes great pride in the opportunities, training and security that it offers its employees. We believe that this is repaid many times over by the people who work with us. With over 300 permanent members of staff and many loyal sub-contractors, Natta believes in employing the “Best of the Best”, rewarding loyalty and commitment accordingly.

Our Senior Management team have over 90 years’ service between them, the average length of service of a Natta employee is 7 years and we believe that this is something to be proud of.

The training offered under our Graduate Recruitment programme has led to us achieving ‘Approved Employer’ status with the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Similarly, our Master Groundworkers Trainee programme and our Apprenticeship Scheme are growing steadily with a focus on home-grown talent and developing young, talented individuals into fast-track positions that will be of mutual benefit.

Having achieved Investors in People accreditation in recent years, we’re now aiming for the Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Award to add to our already impressive list of industry accreditations.

But, don’t just take our word for it…listen to what some of our employees have to say about working with Natta…

To attract and retain the best people we recognise the need to invest in the development of our people and we believe that talented people are the key to our success.

We’re constantly looking for people who share our values – so, if you want the opportunity to develop your skills into the best that you can be, you’re looking for a highly engaged, fully supportive environment in which to develop your career (and you like the sound of us!) then apply for a job or send your CV to careers@natta.co.uk and we’ll do whatever we can to help you achieve the career path that you are looking for.
