Natta’s Love Award Winners for September 2020

Natta is delighted to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for September 2020.

The award for Expertise went to Georgiana Mosanu and Willy Stevenson. Their colleague commented, “Georgiana and Willy have run an exemplary project over at Billingshurst, consistently attracting praise from the client, the Local Council and residents. As a result of the works carried out, the Council have recommended Natta to many other clients as specialists in completing 278 schemes. Many thanks to all of the team”.

Ben Gamroth also took the award for Expertise for his work at our new project in Walton-on-Thames. His colleague said, “I’d like to nominate Ben for his Expertise in starting the Stompond Lane project and setting up the site to a really high standard. The client’s Project Manager, Construction Director, Utilities Director and H&S Manager were all impressed and surprised. They mentioned that they hadn’t seen this standard at a groundworks company before. He’s done this without having much help from his Project Manager and has also pushed the gangs for production at the same time.”

He also keeps the surveyors up to date every day with good communication.”

Cosmin Corman and Stilian Falcuie both received the award for Quality. Speaking about Cosmin, his colleague said, “Cosmin has provided excellent support to the Utilities team over the past few months. Providing aslaids and various drawings for tender and construction both quickly and accurately, without needing much supervision.” Meanwhile, “Stilian has  consistently produced work to a very high standard throughout the Billingshurst project and has trained others, improving their skills and allowing them to progress in their careers.”

Also receiving the award for Quality was Mick Borner who works for our training provider, CISTC. Mick received some excellent feedback from a client: “Just had an email from one of our customers, advising that they were very impressed by yourselves when they came along to complete their training and said they really enjoyed it.” As well as this, CISTC received two further emails praising Mick for the quality of his training and the overall standards at the centre.

Elsewhere, we were told 6-8 weeks lead time, though we had the fencing installed within 3.”
