OVERVIEW
The project is for the groundworks and Infrastructure for 51 units on a brownfield site.

SCOPE OF WORKS
We undertook the traditional groundworks package of foundations roads, drainage and hard landscaping. The Project was complicated by a very high water table, residual contamination and strict planning constraints.

This has been a particularly challenging scheme which has required innovative dewatering methods to protect the local watercourse from residual contamination. DOWNLOAD CASE STUDY
