OVERVIEW
As the main contractor, we undertook the enabling works on this project. Works included a new roundabout and access road to a new Industrial Park which feature a drive-thru Starbucks, Petrol station and commercial units.SCOPE OF WORKS
Our scope included the construction of a new on line roundabout with a short section of access road. The existing highway was kept open at all times.Extensive resurfacing of the existing carriageway was undertaken and the installation of new street lighting and water mains (including diversions). An adoptable foul drainage diversion and storm attenuation tank were installed on site, as well as, potable water main and BT diversions.Natta undertook the full Principal Contractor responsibilities on this scheme.
