Natta offers comprehensive construction services as a contractor, undertaking schemes on both a full turn-key basis and shell and core projects. Our expertise spans various types of housing developments, including small and large houses as well as apartments.
Turnkey Projects
Over the last 15 years, Natta has delivered a range of turnkey projects. Our portfolio includes a full design and build contract for 45 units in Alresford for Vivid Homes, consisting of 2 blocks of 5 two-bedroom terraced townhouses and 35 two and three-bedroom apartments across 3 blocks with undercroft parking.
In 2015, we delivered a turnkey design and build contract for 49 houses and apartments in Church Crookham for Redfields Development Ltd. Another high-profile project was nine high-end townhouses in Chiswick, each over 2,000 ft² with basements and underground car parking, constructed in traditional brick/render style with zinc roofs.
Shell and Core
Our housing development division has completed prestigious shell and core projects.
These include a 16,500 sq ft mansion with a 5,000 sq ft underground garage in St. Georges Hill, Weybridge. We provided engineering and logistics support to individual fit-out trades following the shell and core completion.
In the exclusive location of Virginia Waters, Natta delivered a spectacular 18,000 ft² mansion, featuring a spiralling concrete ramp to an underground parking area for 6 cars, a car washing station, and a basement with a swimming pool, spa, and Jacuzzi. Our work included constructing all waterproof concrete structures and installing blockwork, pre-cast bison planks, and a pumped drainage system. Our sister company, Natta Homes, completed the superstructure as a turn-key project.
Developer
As a developer, Natta buys, builds, and sells residential properties. Recently, we completed 5 new builds (3 houses and 2 apartments) and 3 large barn conversions in Cuddesdon, near Oxford.
