b'Natta Health & Safety News Following a extensive seven-day external audit from our auditors NQA, we are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved recertification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards for the next three years. ISOs are internationally recognised standards; ISO 9001Quality Management,ISO 14001Environment Management andISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety. These three standards are incorporated into the Natta Integrated Management System (IMS). It is often the case that ISO certification is a requirement to qualify for tender opportunities and if Natta do not have the required certificates, it can affect our opportunity to win more business. This achievement allows Natta to demonstrate to clients its dedication to delivering exceptional quality, environmental sustainability, and occupational health and safety practices, both on site and at head office, underpinning the Natta Core Values of Integrity, Collaboration,Innovation and Sustainability. Over the previous year the SHEQ Department has undertaken a comprehensive review of Nattas IMS and associated documentation in order to achieve this recertification. Thanks go to the SMT for their contribution of reviewing the company processes, forms and policies and the Communications Team for their work completing the arduous task of reformatting the editable PDFs for the updated forms to have them ready for the audit. We also thank our site teams for their contributions, especially at Birchgrove for facilitating the on-site audit (and for the biscuits). Going forward, as well as endeavouring to maintain and improve on Nattas high standards of health, safety and quality, the focus will also be on encouraging the use of FONN and digital forms with the intention of reducing the use of paper documentation and filing on site.David Smith, HSE Manager'
