b'Page 3Natta Appointed on new MMC NH3 Framework In May, Natta and 32 other organisations have been appointed to the LHC NH3 Framework. The Modern Methods of Construction Framework encompasses low-rise, medium and high-rise dwellings andspecialist accommodations such as care homes. The framework will run across England, Scotland and Wales to help tackle challenges in this sector.The LHC Framework NH3 brings together both suppliers and buyers to build, refurbish and maintain social housing and public property at a quicker pace, and in a cost-effective way, ultimately benefiting the local community. The overall goal is to deliver low and net zero-carbon dwellings quicker. Natta is passionate about projects that lower environmental impact, as well as benefitting the local community, so it is great to be given the opportunity to be a part of this framework. Natta is currently working on the groundworks for a modular housing development in Bristol for our client BoKlok. The project consists of 77 houses and 128 apartments. A huge well done to Team Natta who have scored a fantastic 43/45 on our recent Considerate Constructors Scheme Inspection. Natta scoredexcellent in all areas of the report!Working as the main contractor,Natta is progressing well with the construction of a new 70-bed Care Home for Care UK. The project includes all associated external works, drainage and services. Once completed, the Care Home will offer a full range of care services for elderly people, ranging from short-term and permanent residential, nursing, and dementia care, to sensitive and truly personalised end-of-life care. A big well done again and thank you to all involved!'
