Love Award Winners November 2025

Natta is pleased to announce the Love Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for November 2025.

The first to be nominated for a Collaboration Award was Elliot Braund. His colleague said, “We had a subcontract trainer cancel on us for a PASMA course for one of our large clients, SGN. Elliot helped me find a trainer to cover at the last minute and saved the cancellation of a course. It would  have been very costly for our client if it hadn’t gone ahead.”

Next to get a Collaboration Award was Phil Smith. Phil’s colleague commented: “Phil goes above and beyond his working role to keep the transport and machinery running smoothly. He’s always happy to help anyone with a problem.”

Finally, Matt O’Malley got an award for Integrity. His colleague said, “His forward thinking in requesting costs for spare T-Vac filters shows how much he cares to keep the Suc Vac working more efficiently.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for November 2025.
