Natta Secures Whitstable Heights Supported Living Scheme Contract

We are delighted to announce that Natta has secured a new contract with Graham Care, our largest care home contract to date. Working as the main contractor, we will deliver the design and construction of Whitstable Heights in Kent, a new 133-suite supported living scheme, creating a modern, purpose-built development focused on the comfort and well-being of its future residents. The project will see us deliver the largest care home Natta has ever built.

The scheme will comprise supported living apartments, alongside a range of high-quality communal and well-being facilities. At ground-floor level, a welcoming cafe and arrival space will provide a central social hub for residents and visitors. A dedicated hydrotherapy suite will further enhance the care and wellness facilities available within the development.

The project also involves extensive civil engineering and infrastructure works. These include piling operations, crane bases, retaining walls, basement excavation, foundations, haul roads and logistics areas. Natta will also deliver the incoming services, drainage infrastructure and new car parking arrangements.

Drawing on our extensive construction and civil engineering capabilities, the project will further strengthen Natta’s portfolio within the care and assisted living sector, delivering a high-quality environment that combines specialist accommodation, communal facilities and thoughtfully planned external spaces.

Previous Work for Graham Care

Natta has built a strong and long-standing working relationship with Graham Care. Our work includes Harpwood House in Wrotham, a 100-bed new-build care home delivered through a carefully phased programme. This enabled the existing facility to remain operational throughout construction.

More recently, Natta has been appointed main contractor for two 99-bed senior living developments. In Sittingbourne, Southlands House is being delivered using a traditional construction approach, creating a high-quality, purpose-built care environment. Meanwhile, Broomfield House in Chelmsford is being delivered on a design and build basis. Our team is responsible for the full construction package, from the core building construction to all associated external works.

Together, these projects demonstrate the strength of Natta’s relationship with Graham Care and our proven experience in delivering complex, high-quality care environments. We are proud to continue this successful partnership at Whitstable Heights and look forward to delivering another great facility for Graham Care and its future residents.
