OVERVIEW

Natta was awarded this main infrastructure project by Grainger PLC as part of Phase 5 of the Berewood Development. Furthermore, this major phase forms a key element of the wider Berewood plan, which continues to deliver much-needed housing and supporting infrastructure to the area. Additionally, acting as the Main Contractor, Natta has played a central role in providing the essential groundwork and infrastructure that will enable the future construction of new homes and community amenities.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Our scope of works included the construction of a new spine road, complete with all associated infrastructure to serve future housing units. Delivered as part of a comprehensive infrastructure package, the works comprised groundworks, utility installations, tarmac surfacing, footpaths, and the formation of a pond. Consequently, this is an important part of the site’s sustainable drainage strategy and landscape design.

In addition, Natta worked in close collaboration with the client, Grainger PLC, and project stakeholders. Therefore, ensuring high quality, safety and environmental standards were maintained. This project highlights our dedication to efficiency, quality and client satisfaction.

The infrastructure delivered by Natta forms a crucial part of the wider Berewood Development, therefore vital for the long-term vision. Once complete, the development will provide 2,500 new homes, along with play areas, a community nature reserve, a health centre, sports facilities, shops, allotments and two new primary schools. We ensured that all works were executed with precision and to an excellent standard. Overall, this project is a strong example of our commitment to delivering high-quality and efficient infrastructure solutions for major residential developments.
