OVERVIEW

Natta were awarded this infrastructure and residential groundworks package for a development comprising 104 plots, including a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, together with 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. The project was delivered as a fast-tracked, full build-out, requiring a highly coordinated and programme-driven approach to ensure timely delivery across all phases of the development.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Our scope of work included the delivery of roads, drainage, external works, and foundations, as well as the formation of the floor slabs for the residential units. These elements were critical in enabling the superstructure works to progress in line with the fast-track programme.

A key technical aspect of the project was the use of a specialist shallow permeable road system, which required particular care and precision during construction. The team installed this system in accordance with the design specifications to ensure long-term performance, durability, and effective surface water management. The successful installation of this system demonstrated Natta’s attention to detail and experience in delivering specialist infrastructure solutions within residential environments.

The project played directly to Natta’s strengths in managing fast-track groundworks within testing site conditions. Through careful planning, effective coordination with other trades, and a disciplined approach to quality and programme control, the team delivered the works efficiently and to a high standard. Therefore, supporting the successful completion of the wider residential development and contributing to the overall success of the scheme.

Natta’s role was central to establishing the enabling infrastructure and substructure works required to allow the superstructure construction to progress efficiently and without delay.
