OVERVIEW

Appointed as subcontractor, Natta provided a full service to design, supply and install the onsite foundations, drainage, steel frame and cladding for an off-site manufactured modular school building. 

SCOPE OF WORKS

Natta managed the interface with the existing school and coordinated the build to be ready to receive the modular school building. Once the new Pyrford School building was successfully installed and operational, the existing school building was demolished. Our team then returned to the site to complete the works. We completed the external works, ensuring the surrounding areas were finished to the required standard and fully integrated with the new facility.

Overall, this project demonstrates Natta’s capability in delivering modular education infrastructure, managing complex site interfaces, and supporting the successful installation of off-site manufactured buildings within live operational environments.
