Presentation of Cheques to Nominated Charities

Over the last week, Natta had the pleasure of presenting the cheques from the money raised at our annual Golf Day. This year the Golf Day was held on the 29th June at Sherfield Oaks Golf Club. As always, the day was really enjoyable and a great success with a little extra sunshine.

An impressive amount of £23,850 was raised on the day and have been split equally between our Group’s 3 nominated charities. This was also the highest amount Natta have raised from our annual Golf Days thus far.

3 Charities

Brighwells Gostrey Centre

John Murphy from Natta Homes had the honour of visiting Brightwells Gostrey Centre to present them with one of the cheques for £7,950. Natta has been supporting Brightwells over the last 7 years. We help this worthwhile charity in a bid to ensure that our local elderly community has somewhere to go for a hot meal, company and support if they need it.

Royal Marsden Cancer Charity

Natta’s Jo Whelan presented the 2nd cheque to our friends at The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity in Sutton. We have been actively supporting their Oak Center for Children and Young People for several years and still continuing. This year the money will be going towards their Oak Centre Children’s Unit. The Royal Marsden is a world-leading cancer centre specialising in diagnosis, treatment, care, education and research.

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity

Our MD, John Whelan welcomed the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity at our Head Office to present them with their share from the funds raised. Natta has been a supporter of Rainbow Trust for the last 6 years and for the last 3 they have benefitted from becoming one of Natta’s national charities. The Rainbow Trust supports families who have a child aged 0-18 years with a life-threatening or terminal illness.
