Natta Group Charity Golf Day 2016 – Results in!

Charity Golf Day 2016

A massive thank you to everyone who participated in our 2016 Annual Charity Golf Day to help us raise funds for our 3 nominated charities.

Thankfully the weather held, and Sherfield Oaks Golf Club provided us an excellent lunch. As always, the day was a great success.

Furthermore, we were delighted by the outstanding generosity of all the players and our sponsors.

The Winners

First, congratulations to Tom Woolston from London Concrete, who was the overall singles winner with 46 points. Martin Ewins 45 points from HKH Legal and David Dean 42 from Clifton Ingram came second and third respectively.

On the Waterloo Course, Natta Homes’ John Whelan, Donna Methven, Prof. David Silk and Terry Stakemire on 114 were the winning team. The ‘Nearest the Pin’ winner was Simon Staines from Ridgepoint Homes. Whilst, Paul Pinder from Acorn Ironmongery won the ‘Beat the Pro’ competition.

In addition, on the Wellington course, Clifton Ingram’s Ian Graham, David Dean, Neal Mackenzie and Jonathon Davies came home with the bacon on 111. The ‘Nearest the Pin’ winner was Trevor Lambden from Raven Roofing. Also, Rudridge’s Clive Short won the ‘Beat the Pro’ competition. Well played one and all!

Finally, on behalf of our charities, our thanks go to all those who attended. A special thank you to all our clients and suppliers for their donations, without who, the day would not have been a success.

With your help, we managed to raise the largest amount ever –
an amazing £20,170 on the day.

Less the expenses of Golf Club fees £3,560

Therefore, giving us a total of £16,610

This will be split equally between our Group’s 3 nominated charities.

So that’s a whopping £5,537 each going to Brightwells, Rainbow Trust and the Royal Marsden.

We look forward to seeing you at our 2017 Charity Golf Day.
