Natta, which has an established Main Contractor relationship with the care provider, saw another of its full design and builds, Astbury Manor, shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Best New Care Home (Higher Development Budget)’ category at the same awards.
Natta MD John Whelan commented, “Well done to Avery for this win. We are extremely proud to have been the Main Contractor for this stunning development. To be both a winner and a finalist is a testament to the quality of our consultants and our supply chain. They have worked hard with us to deliver these impressive projects. We are in the middle of our third project with Avery, a care community in Kettering – another full design and build with the organisation. We hope our successful partnership with them continues for many years to come”
The Hawthorns
The project broke ground in 2015 and took 102 weeks to complete and despite it being a complex site to develop and a technically challenging build, the company handed over the keys on time and within budget.
Adrian Doyle, Director of Developments at Avery Healthcare said of Natta: “Natta Building Company deserves great credit for completing the project successfully. Despite the challenges any build project of this scale may present, Natta delivered a landmark building.
The organisation’s commitment to working with the Avery Group and Hawthorns Retirement Living are qualities that we at Avery believe will continue to see the company prosper. We look forward to working with Natta Building Company on future projects.”
Natta hopes this win will further elevate its full design and build reputation as a Main Contractor of choice, not just with Avery but with other property developers within the care industry.
