Natta’s November LOVE Award Winners

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) winners for November 2019.

Our Expertise award went to Carole Gamroth for her commitment and enthusiasm for work relating to Payroll. She has consistently highlighted potential errors and inconsistencies that have saved her colleagues a great deal of time. A colleague commented, “Due to the nature of our workforce with the majority being subcontractors, I often find myself liaising between both parties, but Carole helps make my job a lot easier, and let’s not forget, ensures we are all reliably paid!”

Daniel Sharp, from our Copthorne site, was awarded the Integrity award. Daniel always ensures all sub-contractors on site have the opportunity to voice their say in the IIP survey using excellent communication and organisation skills.

The award for Teamwork went to Matthew Benham and Natalie Whitbourn.

A colleague commented, “I would like to nominate Matthew – not just for walking past the wine/champagne for Christmas, but also for organising it’s delivery and moving it!” Natalie has taken on a number of responsibilities that were not in her original job role, going above and beyond to help her colleagues. A colleague mentioned, “Natalie’s assistance with recent enquiries has been invaluable to us.”

The Collaboration award went to Cosmin Corman, Andrei Alexa, Adrian Ciobanu for dedicating their time during the weekend to help Rainbow Trust run a Halloween themed fundraising event at Chessington Garden Centre. Gaby Richardson, Regional Fundraiser from Rainbow Trust, commented, “Thank you so much for volunteering with us. In total, we raised £3,719.00 and we couldn’t have done this without you. The money and the awareness that you helped us raise is fundamental to Rainbow Trust. Thank you again for all your support.”

A massive well done to all who won this month, keep up the good work. The Love Awards will return again in December!
