Natta’s LOVE AWARD winners for September 2022

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for September 2022.

Firstly, the award for Teamwork went to Jon Hyam. Jon was nominated by our Finance Team who commented: “Jon was brilliant recently when we had a scheduled power cut. He did his utmost to help us stay connected. He really was a star and his efforts were much appreciated.”

Andrea Alexa and Vasile Jijie were both awarded the Expertise award. Andrei managed to get successfully through a very busy period delivering all the models for the Design Team on time whilst also taking on additional responsibilities. Vasile did some great work using the TRIMBLE GPS system. Being a self-starter, he learned how to take as built of the gullies spurs with the digger and how to create his own surface model from a few pegs on the ground. His colleague commented: “He deserves the expertise award because of his self-taught approach.”

Finally, the award for Quality goes to CISTC’s Danny Chandler. Nominated as a client has written in specifically to mention the Quality of Danny’s training. They commented: “We thought the trainer, Danny’s instructions were easy to follow and he was great at helping us to get the information to stick. On the forklift, he gave clear instructions but allowed us to work at our own pace and comfort. He made us feel at ease and helped us feel confident before the test. Danny is a great asset to the training company.”
