Natta’s LOVE Award Winners for October 2022

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everday) Winners for October 2022.

Firstly, the Teamwork Award goes to Andreea Guriuc, Willie Stevenson, Gosia Wegrzyn, Josh Limbert, and Aurel Mihut. The team are working Night Shifts at our North Horsham Project.  The team has worked tirelessly to ensure that all works in the closure went smoothly and to ensure that the impact on the local community was minimised.

Jack Rushton was also nominated for the Teamwork Award. His colleague said: “Nothing is ever too much for him. I can trust the work will be done when asked and not forgotten about.” 

Training Manager, Sharron Hampson was awarded the Innovation Award for her help in finding a set of crucial testing documents from almost 3 years ago that had been mislaid.

The award for Integrity went to Kasia Rovira. A colleague commented: “Kasia heard about the MacMillan cake sale that we were organising and hosting at Head Office.” After that, she said: “Off her own back she decided to organise and run a cake sale at our Harpwood House Care Home project in Wrotham. She did a fantastic job and her sale raised £95 on the day to combine with the head office total.”

Fernando Lopez, Mark McMorrow and Georgiana Mosanu were all awarded the Collaboration award. Their colleague commented: “These fantastic people have gone above and beyond to make sure that Natta projects are successful, even when they are not directly responsible for them. They are a great asset to the business.”

Finally, the award for Expertise went to Conor Guilbride. Their colleague commented: “Connor is always ready with a solution to any drainage issues he finds. He is always willing to go out of his way whenever he can. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.”
