Natta’s Love Award Winners for November 2021

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for November 2021.

The award for Expertise went to Charlotte Hamer for her hard work getting the Natta Group audit over the line. Her colleague commented: “It is great to have someone you can rely on, has brilliant soft skills and works to a high standard.”

The Integrity award went to Jack Rushton. Jack always has his colleagues’ best interests at heart and helps out in any situation. As well as this, he has recently organised weekly yoga classes at our Head Office to help take care of everyone’s physical and mental wellbeing.

Andi Lewington and Leoni Fowler both received the award for Quality. Andi, from CISTC, was nominated for his continuous quality feedback through Google reviews. Meanwhile, Leoni from Natta Plant successfully contested several company vehicle fines which saved the company money.

The award for Teamwork went to CISTC‘s Tyrone Maclean for his time spent helping to fix the cabin computers. Doing this allowed the training centre to carry out touch screen tests without having to rearrange any courses.

Will Moir took the Collaboration award for keeping the roads on his site clean and tidy with only 2 visits from the road sweeper per week. His colleague said: “Wills efforts have been recognised by both our client and local residents. They have expressed their gratitude and described the traffic management as amazing.”
