Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for July 2021.
The award for Safety was given to Ashley Gurr and Will Moir who successfully presented our Godalming site for a Health & Safety visit by the Crest Nicholson Safety Auditor. With their hard work, we scored a brilliant 98%.
Tabraz Hussain also received the Safety award for ensuring his team and our subbies complete works in a safe manner at all times.
The Expertise award was given to Angela Fowler from CISTC. Angela has recently shared her knowledge of CISTC with a new team member and guided them through the relevant processes. Her colleague said: “Arriving in a new job can be daunting but Angela went out of her way to make me feel welcome and helped me to settle in quickly.”
Ivan Ianev received the award for Integrity. Starting on a new project, Ivan has lived up to his reputation of keeping the site tidy and safe. He has kept his standards high and no matter how small or big the job is, he always treats it like it is the most important.

The award for Quality went to Michael Collins who is always there to help his colleagues with any issues and explain the solution in a calm and friendly way. He has always found the correct way of sorting a problem and the best approach to explain it.
The Innovation award went to Irinel Ghita. His colleague said: “We are currently working on a very crowded site with materials coming in almost daily. Irinel has managed to stay on top of these deliveries which has kept the site nice and tidy.”
Ion Stanciu from Maguire Concrete was given the Collaboration award for supplying concrete to us at very short notice. He is not currently supplying for this specific site but his assistance was much appreciated by the team.
The Collaboration award also went to Mahisan Gurusinghe. Mahi has been fantastic with organising the aftercare works at our project in Burgess Hill. His communication with the commercial team, aftercare team and the client have been second to none.
Lisa Lunn and Helen Wiltshire from the Buying Team took the award for Teamwork. Following a very sad recent event, Lisa and Helen have worked hard to keep on top of the current workload. Both are doing a fantastic job.
Abbii Cope & Iona Huckle
John Murphy, Iona Huckle, Rebecca Stevens and Abbii Cope also received the Teamwork award for their involvement in the Natta Charity Golf Day. The event went very well with a great amount of money raised for our nominated charities.
Also receiving the award for Teamwork was Kasia Krysiuk, Fernando Lopez and Ryan Swinton. Kasia is currently covering two sites but is always keen to help her teammates and makes sure that her workspace is as safe as possible.
Our client at our Horsham site, Legal & General Strategic Land, noticed and praised Fernando for his dedication to the project. He always goes the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome for the projects he works on.
Finally, Ryan was nominated as new drone images were needed of the CISTC training ground. Ryan was quick to step in and produced some great shots. His colleagues said: “Ryan is a great team player and always willing to help.”
