Natta’s Love Award Winners for August 2022

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for August 2022.

Firstly, the award for Teamwork goes to Des Hird. Des provided holiday cover for the last two weeks of the Burnham Grammar School project, overcoming several challenges. These had the potential to delay the completion of the project. His colleagues commented: “The enthusiasm and positive attitude that Des brought to the site influenced those around him to pull together and see the project over the line.“ A big well done to Des and thank you for your hard work and commitment to the project!

The Teamwork award also goes to Lee Manders and Charlotte Hamer. Anytime Lee’s colleagues ask him for help or assistance, he steps up to the challenge. Furthermore, he expects nothing in return. Charlotte’s colleague said: “Charlotte has shown such efficiency in achieving the completion of the annual audit fieldwork for the Natta Group, in record time.“

Natta Plant Manager, John Gormley was given the Collaboration award. John is always booking and rescheduling the Natta fleet of wagons, trucks, tippers, and any other plant that we use to transport our materials around the country to accommodate late bookings and urgent work.

As well as John, Abi Hession, Stewart Collins, Jonny Dobroiu and Kasia Krysiuk also received the Collaboration award. This was for their help with the migration of our aftercare process into a new issue tracking system and app. Their colleague said: “I want to thank Abi for helping IT to set this up, and Stewart for assisting us in trialling the new system before it went live at the other sites.”  After that, she went on to say, “Jonny at Alresford and Kasia at Luton have been great. They have also embraced the new system and are using it daily. This is speeding up the communication between aftercare and site, leading to a better and more responsive service for our clients.”

Ryan Swinton from Natta Steel was awarded the Expertise award. Ryan always shows strong leadership and dedication to helping Natta Steel. His team also say “We are so happy to have him in the team.”

Finally, the award for Quality goes to Jasbir Singh. Jassi is extremely helpful. He is great at progressing the work on any site without any complaint. Being a positive member of all the teams he works with and produces quality work.
