Natta’s Love Award Winners for August 2021

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for August 2021.

The award for Expertise went to Jack Taylor. Jack has been keeping 3 main sites supplied with setting out, whilst visiting another 3 sites when needed. His colleague commented: “His time management is excellent and with vast experience and knowledge, Jack is a first-class Senior Engineer”.

Mustafa Ali and Ashley Hucklesby received the Quality award. Mustafa was nominated for his hard work on-site in Luton where he never forgets about safety and always thinks ahead when managing works. His colleague said: “Mustafa is working hard and always willing to help during this volume of work set by the client. Mustafa is making such good progress with deadlines and all of his work is of great quality”.

Meanwhile, Ashley is the go-to Groundworker when it comes to finishing works. He consistently produces work that is snag and defect-free and is welcomed by any Foreman on site.

Matt Benham

Matt Benham also received the award for Quality as well as Teamwork. He was nominated for his in-depth knowledge and guidance of the Quantity Surveyor role. His colleague commented: “Matt’s knowledge and tutelage have been invaluable in my first few months here at Natta”.

The award for Collaboration went to Lakhwinder Singh who has been working with limited staff on site and has done a great job. He has looked after all of the materials and deliveries whilst also managing and signing the muck away tickets too.

Matt Gregory also received the Collaboration award. Matt recently joined a test project with Natta and has faced the joys that come with summer holidays, isolating staff and general skill shortages. His colleague said: “Matt has persevered and kept morale up. If he hadn’t done so, the ship would have sunk so thank you very much, Matt”.
